Ingredients

2 cups (180g) rolled oats 
1 1/2 cups (375ml) milk
1 1/2 cups (375ml) Greek-style yoghurt, plus extra to serve
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbs honey or maple syrup
120g SPC ProVital Diced Two Fruits
Extra, natural yoghurt - to serve
Ground cinnamon - for dusting

Recipe Method

Step 1

Place oats, milk, yoghurt, cinnamon, and honey in a bowl. Stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

To serve, layer oat mixture in a small glass jar with SPC ProVital Diced Two Fruits, extra yoghurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

Low fat milk or yoghurt can be substituted for full fat products.
